Biography

Adi is an experienced lawyer over 10 years. His areas of expertise are corporate, commercial and competition law with a focus on M&As, drafting, and review of commercial contracts, merger control filings, vertical agreements, etc. He has also represented clients in employment matters and some of the most important bankruptcy cases in Albania.
