Biography

Andrea has experience across a broad range of corporate, commercial, and contract law matters. His primary focus includes Corporate Governance, Employment, Immigration, Contract Law, and Debt Recovery. He is also engaged in regulatory compliance, litigation, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.
